Up to £1000 against the cost of unauthorised calls

If you take out fonesafe insurance, T–Mobile will write off the cost of unauthorised calls made after your phone or data device is lost or stolen. Any unauthorised calls made in the 12 hours before you call T–Mobile to block your SIM card will be waived. Just call 0844 848 7082 and we'll tell you what to do. Unauthorised calls will be covered up to £1000 provided you have made a loss or theft claim on your fonesafe insurance policy and notified T–Mobile within 24 hours of discovery.

To insure your T-Mobile phone*, simply call 0845 120 2097 within 14 days of purchase or upgrade. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am-5pm. Please have your proof of purchase with you for Customer Services reference.
