We're afraid that this scheme isn't for people who have already been a T-Mobile customer in the three months before asking for this offer.
If you haven't got a T-Mobile card with your friend on T-Mobile's details, just get their full name and T-Mobile phone number and come in store or call us. Make sure that you have their permission to do that before you speak to us. Remember that unless you choose a SIM only plan you'll have to promise to stay with us for 12, 18 or 24 months depending on which plan you choose.
The legal stuff you need to know
- Legal stuff for existing T-Mobile customers: As long as you aren't an existing registered business customer, a mobile broadband customer or a pay as you go customer, you can recommend a friend. You just need to provide your contact details to your friend who would like to join T-Mobile, asking them to come instore or call us. We're afraid that you won't get a reward if your account is suspended for any reason. Although you can recommend up to 20 friends a month and get a voucher each time, you can only ever have one Booster reward at any time. Each Booster lasts 3 months and you can only earn a new one once any existing Booster that you have has run out. So that means that you can earn up to a total of 4 Boosters a year.

- The rewards: If the new customer joins us any of our current pay monthly plan (apart from Solo 30 day and Solo Fixed) you can each get a £25 high street voucher and a Booster giving unlimited calls to other T-Mobile customers for 3 months. If the new customer joins us on Solo 30 day or Solo Fixed, you will each only get the Booster. A fair use policy applies to use of the Booster so if, in the reasonable opinion of T-Mobile, use of unlimited calls is excessive, we may ask for the usage to be reduced. If usage isn't reduced, we reserve the right to remove the Booster. We're afraid that neither of you will get a reward if either of you have given notice to leave T-Mobile.
- Legal stuff for both customers: Boosters will be added 10 working days after the new customer joins T-Mobile. We'll send you both a text when it's added and when it has expires.
