Talk and Text 20

  • We'll send you a text to let you know when your Booster is ready to use. You then have 30 days to use your Booster, or lose it. We'll let you know when your 30 days is up and when your minutes run out, if this happens first. We'll also remind you 5 days before your Booster is due to expire.
  • Your Booster gives you 300 minutes of calls and unlimited texts from the UK to the customers of the other UK mobile networks and to numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man). Calls to your voicemail also come out of your 300 minutes.
  • We'd like to remind you that your terms and conditions say that you mustn't use our services to do anything unlawful or to send nuisance communications. At the moment, we‘ll decide that you're breaking this condition if you send text messages to more than 200 different phone numbers over the course of the 30 days. Remember, we're free to decide that other types of use may also be breaking this condition. If you do break this condition, we'll disconnect your SIM card from our network without giving you any advance warning.
  • You can only have one Talk & Text Booster on your account at any one time. Remember, when you swap your credit for a Talk & Text 20 Booster you'll need to opt-out of any top-up reward offer you're in and you'll lose any top-up reward you have. You also can't earn any top-up rewards while you have a Talk & Text 20 Booster active.

Talk and Text 30

  • We'll send you a text to let you know when your Booster is ready to use. You then have 30 days to use your Booster, or lose it. We'll let you know when your 30 days is up and when your minutes run out, if this happens first. We'll also remind you 5 days before your Booster is due to expire.
  • Your Booster gives you 500 minutes of calls and unlimited texts from the UK to the customers of the other UK mobile networks and to numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man). Calls to your voicemail also come out of your 500 minutes.
  • We'd like to remind you that your terms and conditions say that you mustn't use our services to do anything unlawful or to send nuisance communications. At the moment, we'll decide that you're breaking this condition if you send text messages to more than 200 different phone numbers over the course of the 30 days. Remember, we're free to decide that other types of use may also be breaking this condition. If you do break this condition, we'll disconnect your SIM card from our network without giving you any advance warning.
  • You can only have one Talk & Text Booster on your account at any one time. Remember, when you swap your credit for a Talk & Text 30 Booster you'll need to opt-out of any top-up reward offer you're in and you'll lose any top-up reward you have. You also can't earn any top-up rewards while you have a Talk & Text 30 Booster active.

Unlimited 5 day text booster

  • You'll need to have enough top-up credit on your phone as the cost of the Booster comes out of your credit.
  • We'll send you a text to let you know when your Booster is ready to use. You can then use your Booster until midnight five days later. We'll let you know when your five days is up, or when you have used up your 100 minutes, whichever is sooner. You can have up to five Boosters on your account at one time. You'll have five days from the day you buy your Booster to use your minutes, and you'll lose any remaining minutes if you haven't used them within this time.
  • Your Booster gives you 100 minutes of calls from the UK to the customers of the other UK mobile networks and to numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man).
  • If you use, whether directly or through a third party, any device to route or re-route voice, text messages or other services on, from or to the network or you sell or attempt to sell or otherwise provide commercial services using our network to any third party, we'll remove this Booster from you and/or disconnect your SIM card from our network without giving you any advance warning.

Unlimited 5 day T-Mobile Talk and Text Booster

  • You'll need to have enough top-up credit on your phone as the cost of the Booster comes out of your credit.
  • We'll send you a text to let you know when your Booster is ready to use and we'll start counting your five days from the next day. You can then use your Booster until midnight five days later. We'll let you know when your five days is up. You can have up to four Boosters on your account at one time and each Booster will start as soon as a previous one runs out.
  • Your Booster gives you unlimited calls and texts from the UK to other customers on T-Mobile. You can call up to 90 different numbers over the five days, but if you call more than this your Booster won't work any more. If this happens, we'll let you know.
  • If you use, whether directly or through a third party, any device to route or re-route voice, text messages or other services on, from or to the network or you sell or attempt to sell or otherwise provide commercial services using our network to any third party, we will remove this Booster from you and/or disconnect your SIM card from our network without giving you any advance warning.

Talk 100

  • You'll need to have enough top-up credit on your phone as the cost of the Booster comes out of your credit.
  • We'll send you a text to let you know when your Booster is ready to use. You can then use your Booster until midnight five days later. We'll let you know when your five days is up, or when you have used up your 100 minutes, whichever is sooner. You can have up to five Boosters on your account at one time. You'll have five days from the day you buy your Booster to use your minutes, and you'll lose any remaining minutes if you haven't used them within this time.
  • Your Booster gives you 100 minutes of calls from the UK to the customers of the other UK mobile networks and to numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man).
  • If you use, whether directly or through a third party, any device to route or re-route voice, text messages or other services on, from or to the network or you sell or attempt to sell or otherwise provide commercial services using our network to any third party, we'll remove this Booster from you and/or disconnect your SIM card from our network without giving you any advance warning.

Talk 250

  • You'll need to have enough top-up credit on your account as the cost of the Booster comes out of your credit.
  • We'll send you a text to let you know when your Booster is ready to use. You then have 30 days to use your Booster, or lose it. We'll let you know when your 30 days is up or when your minutes run out, whichever happens first. We'll also remind you 5 days before your Booster is due to expire.
  • Your Booster gives you 250 minutes of calls from the UK to customers of other UK mobile networks and numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man).
  • You can only have one Monthly Talk Booster on your account at any one time. Remember, when you swap your credit for a Monthly Talk Booster you'll need to opt-out of any top-up reward offer you're in and you'll lose any top-up reward you have. You also can't earn any top-up rewards while you have a Monthly Talk Booster active.

Internet

5-day internet Booster

  • If you're a pay as you go customer, and you have an internet compatible phone, you can text WEB to 441 or call 879 free from your T-Mobile phone to buy our 5-day internet Booster. It'll give you 5-days of unlimited internet on your phone.
  • We'll send you a text to let you know when your Booster is ready to use, and we'll start counting your five days from the next day. You can then use your Booster until midnight five days later. We'll let you know when your Booster has run out. You can have up to four Boosters on your account at one time and each Booster will start as soon as a previous one runs out.
  • Once your Booster has run out you'll then be charged up to £1 per day to browse the internet. See the legal stuff and fair use policy at www.t-mobile.co.uk/fup
  • You'll need internet coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. Remember that you can only use the internet in the UK and you can't use your phone as a modem or use the internet for peer to peer file sharing, instant messaging (except if you have a Sidekick) or making internet phone calls.
  • This plan comes with a fair use policy of 40MB per day. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our internet customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use the internet, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.

Travel

Euro boosters

  • You can buy a Booster of travel credit to use for calls and texts in most of Europe. You'll always get 50% more travel credit than the price you pay. So, text EURO 5 to 441 to spend £5 on a booster of £7.50 travel credit. Or text EURO 10 to 441 to spend £10 on £15 of travel credit. Get £30 travel credit for £20 if you text EURO 20 to 441. Or £45 travel credit for £30 if you text EURO 30 to 441. We'll send you a text to let you know when it has worked. You can have up to five EURO 5, EURO 10, EURO 20 or EURO 30 Boosters on your account at one time. Each Booster lasts for 20 days from the day you buy it, and you'll need to use your Booster within the 20 days as you'll lose any remaining minutes you haven't used.
  • You'll need to have enough top-up credit on your phone as the cost of the booster comes out of your credit.
  • While you're in the countries below, calls you make will cost 43p per minute, calls you receive will cost 19p per minute and each text costs 11p. So, get £7.50 travel credit and make up to 17 minutes of calls, receive up to 39 minutes of calls or to send up to 68 texts. Or get £15 of travel credit and make up to 34 minutes of calls, to receive up to 78 minutes of calls or to send up to 136 texts. £30 travel credit lets you make up to 69 minutes of calls, receive up to 157 minutes of calls or send up to 272 texts. And £45 travel credit lets you make up to 104 minutes of calls, receive up to 236 minutes of calls or send up to 409 texts.
  • Your travel credit can be used for making and receiving calls whilst in the countries below. Calls are to the customers of UK mobile networks and UK numbers starting with 01, 02 and 03 (apart from Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man) and for calls to numbers in the countries in T-Mobile's six travel calling zones (apart from non-geographic and premium rate numbers), see t-mobile.co.uk/travel for more details. Your travel credit can also be used for sending texts to those numbers.
  • The European countries included in your booster are: Ireland, Isle of Man, Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

International calling

  • If you're a pay as you go customer, you can buy a Booster of minutes or texts to selected international countries. We'll send you a text to let you know when it has worked.
  • Your 120 Booster minutes can be used for calls from the UK to the customers of overseas mobile networks and overseas landline numbers (excluding calls to non-geographic and premium rate numbers) in the USA and Canada.
  • Your 60 Booster minutes can be used for calls from the UK to the customers of overseas mobile networks and overseas landline numbers (excluding calls to non-geographic and premium rate numbers) in our rest of the world zone.

Family

Family Booster

  • Flext, Combi, Solo or Solo Fixed customer? You can get the Family Booster for £5 extra per month. The Family Booster gives the family organiser and up to four family members on T-Mobile unlimited calls and text and picture messages to each other within the UK for their personal use only. The family Booster will stay on the family organiser's account until we're asked to take it off.
  • Family members can be any kind of T-Mobile customer. You can be an organiser of one family group and a member of one other family group or the member of two groups at any one time. We'll let the family organiser know when they can start inviting family members, which can only be done using My T-Mobile online.
  • A fair use policy applies so if, in the reasonable opinion of T-Mobile, your use of calls, text and/or picture messages to your family members is excessive, we may ask you to reduce your usage. If you fail to reduce your usage, we reserve the right to remove you from the family group and/or to charge you for your excessive use at your usual price plan rate. Family Booster calls will be used before any other allowance or Booster that a member may have to call other T-Mobile customers.
  • Family organiser: Remember that, as the names that you use for your family group and invitations will be seen by the whole family group, we'll filter out offensive words and ask you to choose a new name. We'll then send them an invite by text message and once we get an acceptance back, that person becomes a family group member and can then enjoy the benefits of the Booster. We'll let any other family members know that this new member has joined the family by text message too. Once someone has joined the family group, you can remove them at any time but can only replace them once a month. If your account is suspended for any reason, the entire family group's use of the family Booster is suspended too. If your account is closed, the family Booster closes down too. We'll tell all the members if these things happen.
  • Family members: If you are on either our 'Standard' or 'Talk and Text' pay as you go price plan, making calls to family members won't count towards your cheaper call rate. If you are not the organiser of your account with us, make sure that you have the account owner's permission before accepting an invitation to join a family group. You'll need to accept an invitation to get the benefits of the Family Booster. If you respond to an invitation whilst you are outside the UK, your text will cost you 30p. You can remove yourself from the family group at any time and if you do, we'll let the organiser and the other members know. If your account is suspended for any reason, your use of the Family Booster will be suspended too.
