Transferring your number is easy

Just follow these simple steps

  1. First up, if you pay your bill monthly check whether you're still under contract with your current service provider. It's a good idea to check this out, because cancellation charges may still apply.
  2. If you haven't done so already, buy a new phone or get a FREE SIM from us.
  3. Get in touch with your old service provider and ask for a PAC code.
  4. Call us on 08454 123123 and give us your PAC code. Or call Customer Services on 150 from your handset.

FAQs

What is my PAC for?
PAC stands for Porting Authorisation Code, and you need it in order to move numbers from one network to another. Basically, it gives you permission to leave your network and allows us to transfer the number onto our network.
Once a PAC is issued it's only valid for 30 days. If it expires, your mobile number remains with the network it's already on.

Can I transfer my number from/to a Pay as you go plan?
Absolutely! As long as the number is still on a network, you can bring it over to us easily.

Can I cancel my request to transfer my number?
If you've give us your PAC and we've entered it into our system, the transfer will take place on the specified date.

How long will the transfer take?
The process takes just two days.

Can I transfer more than one number to your network?
Of course. All you need to do is give us the numbers and their corresponding PAC codes. We'll take care of the rest.
